Hi, I’m Lana Cumpstone, and I’ve spent 30 years living and working in Lloydminster, Alberta. My career spans both hospitality and corporate industries, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges faced by businesses—whether it’s the hustle of a restaurant or brewery or the complexities of the oil and gas sector.

I hold certifications as a Continuous Improvement Specialist, Certified Associate Project Manager, and Business Analyst. My natural curiosity and tendency to ask "why" allows me to see opportunities where others see roadblocks.

Beyond work, I’m a proud mom of two boys (10 years apart!) and best friends with Indi, my adventurous Labrador. My passion lies in solving problems, streamlining processes, and empowering business owners to confidently pursue their dreams.
